FUNCTIONAL FITNESS THAT MAKES SENSE
As a dedicated personal trainer with a foundation in kinesiology, I've created a group training method that equally prioritizes mastering essential movement patterns—such as squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling—and enhancing joint muscle functionality. My aim with this approach is to improve each participant's ability to understand how their body works and how to work with it to get the results they want in the gym while ensuring safe practice.
I have combined classic group fitness techniques with functional movement and skill-building training to meet this goal. As your trainer, I will bring my energy to the group while providing individual feedback when needed. I find that group settings are great for those who like working alongside others and enjoy the increased energy and motivation in a group setting. Get together with your friends, family, or coworkers, and sign up for a small group training session. You will learn where your form can improve, your mobility constraints, and solutions to improve them.
